For many years, Campari America has been a champion of women’s issues providing platforms that connect successful leaders and national communities through notable programs like Women & Whiskies. In the fall of 2018, The Gathery was approached to evolve the successful grass-roots program to reach a wider audience through curated partnerships with like-minded organizations and influencers with the intent of transitioning their engagement from simple awareness to building an impressive national network. We worked closely with the spirits portfolio brand to identify rule-breaking women across a diverse swath of industries – from fashion to food, marketing to media – to create a series of intimate events focused on connecting women while educating them on whisky along the way.
Partners included Garance Doré’s Atelier Doré, Amy Woodside’sOk Real, Sophia Amoruso’s Girlboss and Cherry Bombe Magazine. All events were showcased on a newly redesigned online hub developed by our company which also includes custom playlists, cocktail recipes and a bartender’s guide to buying whiskey.
